Our collection is designed for people on the go—whether you’re waiting in line or simply want practical, stylish, and tech-friendly products that fit your lifestyle. Now, you can shop exclusive finds without the wait.

Our products are for anyone who values convenience, innovation, and style. Whether you’re using our line-waiting service or just love smart, time-saving essentials, our collection is designed for busy professionals, trendsetters, and everyday adventurers.

Where can I shop Line Rushers products?

You can browse and purchase our entire collection exclusively on our website. We are also working to expand into select retail locations in the near future.

Can I exchange my purchase?

At this time, Line Rushers does not offer exchanges. However, if you’ve recently placed an order, you can cancel it and place a new one. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we are an online-only store, so you can shop from the comfort of your home. Stay tuned for updates on future pop-up locations.

How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 8-10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 30-60 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

What is your return policy?

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible products with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Defective or Broken Items: If your product is broken or defective, we will offer a free replacement at no extra cost.

  • Full Refund Option: If you decline a replacement, we will issue a full refund instead.

How to Request a Return or Replacement:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Provide a receipt or order confirmation.

  2. Email Request: Send an email with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

  3. Defective Items: Attach a clear photo showing the issue.

What items are NOT eligible for return?

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products (e.g., washed clothing, worn hats, written-in stationery).

  • Final Sale items.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Worn or used clothing

  • Hats that have been worn or washed

  • Notebooks or stationery items that have been written in

What about Final Sale items?

  • Damaged or Stained Items: If an item has been damaged or stained after 30 days, it is not eligible for return.

  • Altered Items: Items that have been washed, altered, or worn will not be accepted for returns.

Once we receive your returned product, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days and issued back to your original payment method.
