Will a full payment be required for merchandise pick up or delivery?
Full payment is required for the wait time and merchandise amount must be paid in full. Customers will also be billed for shipping fee once the package is delivered if chosen to be delivered instead of pick up.
Is there any refund if the item is not available?
We will issue a full refund when you paid your merchandise if item is not available, but we will not issue a full refund as our team has waited in line to pick up your item. An item being sold out is not in our control.
What type of merchandises will the company be willing to purchase?
We can try our best to purchase your limited edition items that might not be available online or in stores.
Example: Flea Market, Pop Up Stores, and Convention will have limited edition products that are not available for purchase at stores or online.
Will you ship the products if I don't want to do pick up?
We will delivery the products to you through Los Angeles area only. We also offer same day shipping.
Locations: Pasadena, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Cerritos, Long Beach, Monterey Park, and Burbank.
What is same day delivery?
Our team will delivery your package on the same day you ordered your items. It'll take at least 2 hours depending on the distance of your location to deliver your package.
Example: If you order your items through us, we will ship it within 2 hours after it's purchased. Time will be different for purchasing based on available items through conventions, flea markets, pop up stores, etc.
Will you pick up my merchandise at Theme Parks and I'll meet up with you to pick up my package?
Our team doesn't do purchases inside the theme park, but we can pick up your merchandise at Universals City Walk or Downtown Disney.
Can you buy any products that are limited edition?
We can buy your merchandise as long as its legal.
Example: T-Shirts, Signed Photos, and other merchandises.
Do you ship worldwide for merchandise?
No, we only offer to ship your products in the United States. Shipping fees for your orders will be determined based on rates provided by a delivery couriers. These rates are subjected to change based on various factors, including the weight and size of your products, your shipping location, and any promotions or discounts that may apply at the time of your purchase.
Do I have to set up an appointment if I decided to have my packaged shipped?
No, you don't need to make an appointment if you decided to get your package shipped.
