Shrinkage Likelihood
Washing: If washed in cold water and air-dried (or tumble dried on low), there's very little risk of noticeable shrinkage.
Drying: High heat in a dryer is more likely to cause the cotton portion to shrink slightly, but the spandex and nylon will help maintain the shape and fit of the socks.

How to minimize shrinkage:
