Cancellation Policy
Sometimes, customers cancel at the last minute due to personal reasons. Make sure to cancel your booking reservation 25 minutes before your service with us.
Cancelling a line sitter
When a customer cancel
When a customer sends their cancellation form, and our staff members approve it, they can collect the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $15 when canceled after the booking appointment has started or passed the due date.
